How to use
1. “One-Way Ticket” can be used to ride on ANY JR West trains (excluding business class) within certain travel sections for the designated valid date.
2. Please go to GREEN ticket-vending machines of stations or counter (green window) and redeem a physical ticket by scanning the QR-code of the e-ticket and non-Japanese passport.
3. Available stations: Kansai Airport, Kyoto, Shin-Osaka, Osaka, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi, Shimonoseki, Kokura, Fukuoka (Hakata)
4. Use the physical ticket to pass through the automated ticket gate.
5. Reserved seat ticket can be issued once the ticket is redeemed.

Important
1. This product is limited to Tourist Visa Holders Only.
2. If the reserved seat cannot be used due to seats full and other reasons, the price difference between the non-reserved and the reserved seat is not refunded.
3. If the machine breaks down or the passport has no IC chip, please proceed to JR-WEST Ticket Office to redeem the physical ticket.
4. If you have any IC-Card Applications on your phone, please turn off the NFC or remove your card from the application first.
(It is fine to print out the e-ticket on paper first or use another's phone to scan).
