Important to know : Laos Train Ticket Purchase

- Passengers are required to present both Passport & QR Code upon check in / check out.  

-  In the case of unclear or missing passport information, our service provider may contact you directly via email or WhatsApp for any updates or changes during the booking process.

- The tickets are not bought online and are manually purchased at the station. Trains in Laos are usually sold out. In this case, we will try to get a different class. You may receive an email and a full or partial refund for the price difference.

- The service provider will send the QR code and/or give the actual train ticket to you prior to departure.

- Please keep your QR code for both check in and check out from the station.

***Attention: The booking you are going to pay now is not guaranteed, and can only be confirmed a few days before the departure date.***

- Hotel Pick-up (Only available in Luang Prabang) for additional fee. Please add your hotel details during check out.

- Please stand by at the hotel's lobby at least 60 minutes before the departure time.

- The actual pick-up time can be delayed due to traffic conditions.

- You will get an email notification about extra payment if your hotel is outside the service area.

Prohibited items from being carried by passengers into the Laos Railways stations or on trains are:

1) Weapons and ammunition of any kind

2) All kinds of explosives

3) Chemicals of any kind

4) Drugs of all kinds

5) Sharp objects

6) Livestock

7) Food that smells bad or watery food

8) Liquids, Aerosols and Gels (LAGs)
