I had a very bad experience with the book of the ticket. A guy named Dickson Kamugisha ( not from Tahmeed coach) sent to me an email 2 hours before the starting time, asking me if my trip was confirmed. This email supposed to be sended 12h before the trip, but no mail was sended so i thought everything is ok.
Because i didn reply immediately at the mail, this guy canceled my seat so i had to wait 8 hours for the next bus. I asked for a refound, the same guy promised me a refound of 15 dollars but then disappear. Right now he is not receiving my message in the chat.
I know probably its not a tahmeed coach fault, they were very kind.
