I was a little worried whether this would work out after booking online in a foreign country, but I needn't have worried. Driver showed up right on time with a sign with my name on and we had the van to ourselves. System only allows you to nominate a hotel as an arrival address, but the driver after talking to the hotel staff took us to our AirBnB in the next street.
