Futa Bus provides free pick up/drop off in the city center (except Ho Chi Minh city). Please note that their shuttle bus cannot enter small alleys.

Pick up: If you want a free pick up, please contact Futa Bus at least 12 hours before departure via hotline 19006918 or 19006067 and provide your ticket reference on e-ticket (not Bookaway code). Their hotline only provides support in Vietnamese, so it's recommended to ask your hotel receptionist to arrange this.

Drop off: When you arrive at the bus station, please show your drop off address to Futa Bus staff there. They will check and arrange for you if your drop off address can be supported.
