Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as vehicles are marked with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company's counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles can be brought on board without any additional charge. However, for minivan service, there is a fee of 100 THB per bicycle. For minibus service, bicycles must be foldable but can be brought on board for free.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available for passengers' convenience.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. It is important to inform the operator at least 24 hours before travel if a change of name is necessary.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are permitted to have soft drinks on board.

Pet policies

Passengers can bring a pet on board, but an additional fee of up to 200 THB applies. All pets must be kept in a cage while on board.
