We made several reservations with bookaway and our experience was fantastic! When we arrived our daughters shuttle (booked with another company) had cancelled on her last minute. Our driver was able to quickly get her another ride to where she was going and even provided updates as she reached her destination! We did unfortunately have to cancel one of our other reservations but did so without any issue and were promptly refunded. Our driver was very friendly and a good driver. The van was clean and well maintained. We will be back and we will book with bookaway again!
