Very unhappy with your service You left us stranded at airport We ended paying an arm and leg to get to Holbox , very u happy with your service, merchants at hobo. Don’t honor your transaction Please refund us our money

Very comfortable journey, picked us up exactly as planned and the driver was really friendly.

After picking us late, with a number that you can only WhatsApp and not call, they drove us in Cancun to a supermarket parking lot where they told us to get into another van - but that one had to wait 40 minutes to pick up more people to get his moneys worth. We were meant to get the 7. 30 ferry - we arrive at 9, a few minutes before the last ferry, so this journey took 4 hours. On the way back, they didn’t respond at all so we had to book a private transfer which was so much more worth it. They have not responded to our message about a refund. Don’t bother with these people.

The driver was incredibly polite and accommodating. He stopped at a gas station for us so we could pull out money for our stay here. We were also running about 15 mins late for our car ride and they waited for us to get there because our flight had gotten delayed back home in Boston. Very clean car, great and efficient driving, awesome driver and great service. Would definitely recommend.

Très pratique, le point de départ facile d’accès depuis notre hôtel. Nous avons pris un Uber qui nous a emmené directement à notre navette. Nous sommes partis à l’heure et le trajet fut agréable jusqu’à Chiquilá. Je recommande
