Language and communication

Both the counter staff and the driver speak English, facilitating easy communication for passengers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and will be waiting with a sign that includes the passengers' name. Additionally, the vehicle will be branded with company colors or the name of the company.
• Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their ride or driver outside the airport terminal. For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can take the next bus or minivan without any additional fee. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait for up to one hour if your flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board private transfers without additional fees. For shared rides, there is a fee for bringing bicycles on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved, provided they are made at least **12 hours before departure**.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
