Jumbo Tours messed up my arrival, but fixed it when I asked. I arrived in Cancun and made connection with the Jumbo Tours representative. Unfortunately, after waiting nearly an hour, I was told the shuttle still wasn’t near. Jumbo offered to refund the cost, but a taxi to my hotel would have been 4x the cost. I asked them to pay for the taxi, which they did do. I was able to take the shuttle back to the airport without incident.

Nos fue súper bien con Jumbo Tours. Muy puntuales, amables y eficientes. Los recomiendo y sin duda cuando vuelva a Cancún, usaré su servicio.

El Serivicio del personal fue bueno y muy atentos, solo que tardaron mucho en llegar, fuera de eso nos atendieron super bien e incluso compramos tours con ellos para Xcaret
