Language and communication

English-speaking staff and drivers are available to assist passengers, ensuring effective communication throughout their journey.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can locate their ride or driver by looking for vehicles branded with the company's colors and name, or by visiting the company counter or ticket office.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, travelers are advised to meet their ride at the main exit Gate. In case of flight delays, passengers cannot take the next bus or minivan, and their ticket will be considered forfeited. For private airport pickups, if there is a delay, there is no waiting period; if the passenger is late, they may be charged a fee of RM 50 or required to purchase a new ticket.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.
