Super smooth transportation, driver was on time and explained everything to us for after we take the ferry. The only thing,and this is nothing to do with the driver but more so with Bookaway support, I had requested a change 72h before the time of my reservation because I had entered the wrong pick-up address. By the time Bookaway responded to me (which often took 12+ hours) and that I would respond back (often I would get responses while it was night time for me) they told me I couldn't make the changes anymore because we were passed the 24h mark. I wish they would calculate their time from the time the request has been sent and not by the time they receive the last response for a request sent in a timely manner.
