We booked a trip from San Jose to Santa Teresa at 7:30, but they told us it’s a mistake and the shuttle starts at 6:30, that was a bit confusing. But otherwise it was all very good, on time and easy! Would book it all over again!Lire l'avis entier

Easy to book, several pick up places to choose from. Flexible end point.

I took a shuttle from San Jose (Denny's meet point) to Santa Teresa/Mal Pais area. The shuttle was 45 minutes late despite everyone being picked up from the same location. I wasn't stressed because this was the start of my trip, but keep this in mind if you have something time sensitive you need to be on time for like a flight, excursion, etc. I would suggest the company communicate any delays to everyone since you have our #'s from the booking. Also to communicate the arrangements at the start of the journey. We got driven to a ferry terminal and told to get on, and that we would get picked up by someone else on the other side. It would be nice to know this from the beginning. Aside from that the bus was comfortable, had good air conditioning, driving was safe, and the driver on the other side was ready and waiting for our group on arrival.
