Situated around 200 km west of Kathmandu is the city of Pokhara. This is the second largest city in Nepal and a hot spot for tourists. Most of the attractions are located in the lakeside area. You can go paddle boarding, paragliding, white water rafting and more fun adventurous activities. If you want more of relaxing break, you can find many tourists simply lounging by the lake. Pokhara is considered a relatively cheap place compared to other tourist towns in the area which makes it a popular city among travelers.
