Finding your ride

For airport pickups, travelers meeting their ride at the airport should note that domestic arrivals are picked up at the Arrivals gate, and international arrivals at Column No. 10.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can take the next bus or minivan without an additional fee, though it's important to check if the next bus still has seats available.
