The operators ensure that counter staff can communicate in English to assist travelers effectively. However, drivers may not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. Additionally, vehicles are distinctly branded with the company's colors and name. For pick-ups at airports or terminals, the specific meeting points are as follows: for domestic flights, meet at column no. 9, arrival gate on the 1st floor; for international cocktails, at the arrival gate.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan without an additional fee if their flight is delayed, provided there are seats available on the next departure. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers if their flight is delayed, and there is no additional fee for this service. The driver will return to the waiting stop armed with the latest information regarding the customer's arrival time.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments
