Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board with an additional fee, which is to be paid at the terminal depending on the destination.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee, which is payable at the terminal and varies by destination.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Once a booking has been approved, passengers cannot change their names. Name changes can only be handled at the terminal counter, where the fee will be determined.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.
