  • It was a unique experience. I enjoyed the laydown birth seating. There was a dusty odor on the curtains. . . The first bus was nice- business class seats. Short ride to vip big bus. You have to take off your shoes. . . so you might want to wear flip flops. They give you shoes to wear at the short stopover. The bus dropped us on the street about a 3 min walk to out hotel. Backpack is good. We will definitely use them again.

  • Everything went well. They offer us to picked us up at the hotel as it was on the way to Hoi Chi Minh City. The bus was comfortable. It was confusing at we were close to the city and have to change the bus in a very weird place. Nobody informed us about it. At the end everything went right.

Finding your ride

  • General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name or they can go to the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, travelers can meet their driver in the arrival hall at the specified gate number.
  • Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, customers can take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes without any additional fee.

  • Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
