Finding your ride

Travelers can easily find their driver, as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. For arrivals at Surat Thani Airport, the meeting point is on the second floor inside at the main arrival door. At Hat Yai Airport, travelers should meet their driver outside at arrival doors 7-8.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board at no extra charge, but they must be foldable.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: You can change a passenger's name after a booking has been approved. There is no amendment fee charged for changing a name, and there is no time limit on when you can make this change.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Pets are allowed on board. There is a fee for bringing pets, which varies based on the distance and the size of the animal. Pets do not need to be kept in a cage if they can be managed responsibly during the journey.
