The counter staff at the ticketing service speaks English, but the drivers do not.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily identify their ride or driver, as the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, information about the specific arrival hall and gate number is provided at the location.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers cannot take the next bus or minivan. Additionally, there is no specified fee for delays as it is not possible to switch to a later transport. In the case of private airport pickups, the driver will not wait for passengers who are delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. An amendment fee may be applicable for name changes; details regarding the fee and the allowable time frame for changes before travel can be found on the ticket or by contacting customer service.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their ticket or confirmation email.

Onboard Policies
