Other than waiting for a while the actual driver was great and did a great job

El recibimiento del personal en el aeropuerto es bueno, el único detalle es que debes saber a dónde ir ya que siempre están en el mismo lugar. Fueron muy amables y el transporte salió muy puntual. Al ser compartido el tiempo dependerá de cuántas personas bajan antes que tú, pero en general no es molesto y los asientos son cómodos. Al llegar a nuestro hotel, el conductor nos pidío "algo con que apoyar", cosa que me pareció de mal gusto, principalmente su reacción cuando le dijimos que no.

Great service; although nobody responded to my email asking to revise time as plane was 3 hrs late. Turns out it didn’t matter because they just put me on the next shuttle. They had my name and my booking reference! The driver also was very accommodating by taking me right to the hotel door, but it was a different hotel to the original one I listed as the drop off. For 20$- great service!!! More organized than I thought it would be!
