Language and communication

English-speaking staff is available at the counter, but drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as follows: the driver will be wearing a company uniform, the vehicle will feature the company's branding, such as colors or name, and assistance can also be found at the company's counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles can be brought on board for an additional fee, starting from 250 baht, depending on the size and width of the bicycle.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted without any fees. However, changes to the date and time of travel will incur a fee of 40.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets, but there is no need to print the confirmation email.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are only allowed to drink water on board during the COVID period.

Pet policies

Passengers can bring a pet on board for an additional fee of 500 baht. Pets must be kept in a cage during the journey.
