Carlos was exceptional. Very patient and helpful. He went over and beyond to make our trip smooth, made recommendations, and helped deliver my elderly parents into their hotel. On the way to Jaco we stopped for this photo:

Our ride from SJO to Jaco was super easy and convenient. Despite some delays with our flight, Paradise was communicative and helpful in making sure we made our ride. Our driver, Ronald, was wonderful - he drove masterfully through winding roads and pointed out beautiful views along the way. Sure, it was more expensive than the bus but it was absolutely stress free and a wonderful way to make it to our hotel. Highly recommend!

overall the ride was great. although, i was not picked up in a minivan, which caught me off guard at first, as i was expecting a minivan. driver was very kind and asked if i wanted to stop for snacks/drinks as it was going to be a long ride. he also asked if i would like to stop to take pictures of a waterfall which i appreciated. near the end of the ride the driver did tell me that i would be charged $15usd for something, but im not sure what? driver was also on their phone for most of the ride.
