Language and communication

The counter staff are able to communicate in English, however, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' names. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office. For pickups at an airport or terminal, travelers can meet their ride or driver at the specified arrival gates.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, drivers can typically wait for passengers for up to 1 hour.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional fee, provided they fit in the car.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after bookings are approved are permitted. There is no amendment fee for changing a name, and it can be done at any time without charge.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board without any additional fees. Whether pets need to be kept in a cage depends on the need to keep the car clean.
