Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in a company uniform, waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name, and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name.
• Pickup delay: Travelers meeting their rides or drivers at an airport or terminal can find them at the designated arrival hall and gate number provided. For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you are allowed to board the next available bus or minivan without any additional fee. In private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers even if the flight is delayed.
