Driver was right on time, and courteous. He managed our luggage without us having to lift it, and was a good driver on the bumpy and winding road. The link with the ferry was well timed. Only hiccup was on the La Fortuna side when the driver delivered a couple to the wrong hotel and the rest of us in the bus had to wait over half-an-hour before we moved on. Picked up on time and nice ferry across the lake

Booked via bookaway who took over 24hrs to respond to any questions. Shuttle will only collect/drop at options on list. However my driver was brilliant and did drop me at my actual accommodation. Company itself was good. Bus/boat/bus - interesting ride! Great scenery. Very bumpy roads! Comfort stop. I was traveling through Costa Rica alone and thought it would be safe to book my ride with them and the driver never showed up and picked up the phone they provided on my confirmation ticket.
