If you are thinking of going to Cambodia do use this bus company. They were extremely professional from start to finish. We were taken by VIP car from their offices in Pattaya to just outside Bangkok to catch our connecting bus. Unfortunately due to traffic congestion we had a long wait. But saying that they waited with us until our bus came. The next bus had some people taking up more than one seat so my disabled husband had to sit on a sofa. A kind gentleman gave me his seat then went and asked the man who had previously refused to move his luggage for a seat. After a couple of hours they called Siem Reap we were the only 2 getting off. On leaving the bus the took my case to the next bus and thrust 2 lunch packs in our hands. On boarding the next bus we had seats like in a train which were spacious and very comfortable. This bus took us all the way to the boarder, where we had to arrange our visas as it wasn't possible to buy them for that entry point on line. As we all had stickers in us stating our destinations our new driver from the Cambodian bus spotted us. I had to pull my own case to the entry point, then he pulled. We were only at the visa place and hour. Beware of your personal belongings at all times. On this occasion they said that they didn't need our photographs, but they still compared them with our passports. It was 30US dollars per visa or 1200 bahts, so for us cheaper in dollars. On boarding the Cambodian coach we requested a front seat for my husband's leg problem. We got settled for our 5 hour journey with 2 10minute toilet breaks. Our next stop was Battenbang, lots of passengers got off there. Now with only 77kms to go we were nearly there. On arriving we were surprised by the lights and night activity. In Siem Reap a representative from the bus company boarded to distribute a lanyard for one member of each party. Then your tuk tuk driver, price included in your bus ticket, took you to your relevant hotels. We had a good tour in the way. He even offers to stop for SIM cards etc, but we declined. The bus only arrived 30minutes late Which was excellent. I would definitely take the bus again.
