Transportation from Cozumel Hotels is in local taxis, due to a mandatory regulation.

Departure times and durations might vary depending on the number of passengers and hotel stops.

For TRANSFER IN (airport to hotel):
- Route will be as following: Cancun Airport - Playa del Carmen Pier – Ferry to Cozumel - Cozumel Pier – Hotel in Cozumel.
- Meet and Greet: Staff (wearing an official uniform, name badge, and holding a company logo sign) will be waiting at the Cancun Airport's Welcome Area to assist with transport arrangements.
- Ferry tickets: ferry tickets are provided upon arrival.
- Transportation from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen will be uo to near the pier, where the passenger have to walk to the ferry. The ferry ride to Cozumel takes approximately 30 minutes.
- Cozumel Arrival: A representative will meet the passenger at the Cozumel pier and assist with transportation to the hotel via taxi. Transportation costs are covered unless extra luggage requires an additional taxi.
- Confirmation for Departure: The representative will contact the passenger at the hotel to reconfirm the pick-up time for departure to the Cozumel pier, factoring in both land and sea travel times.

For TRANSFER OUT (hotel to airport):
- Route will be as following: Hotel in Cozumel - Cozumel Pier – Ferry to Playa del Carmen - Playa del Carmen Pier - Cancun Airport.
- Hotel Pickup: The passenger must be ready in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time for transportation to the Cozumel pier. It is recommended to complete check-out in advance.
- Ferry Ride: The passenger boards the ferry with the provided ticket for the 30-minute ride to Playa del Carmen.
- Playa del Carmen Arrival: From the pier, the passenger have to walk to the designated meeting point at Paseo del Carmen (in front of Oxxo), where BDExperience staff will be waiting.
- Final Transport from Playa del Carmen to Cancun Airport.
