As mentioned before purchasing it. Good bus and quite fast trip.

I joined the bus at Gare Routiere de Voyageurs, in Marrakech, at 6:15 in the morning. I had purchased my ticket online, beforehand. This was simple. The comunications with office 19, at the depot, was really helpful, via WhatsApp. I checked my travel plans with them and they confirm at every stage of organizing. On arrival there, I found the office. The man on duty viewed my mobile ticket and issued me a green paper ticket, to present to the driver. I was guided by a friendly local, who carried my heavy bag, to the bus and loaded it on. I tipped him kindly. The bus loaded up, was almost full to capacity with passengers, then promptly got on the road. It was a smooth, comfortable and rapid bus service. The view from the seats are great for travelling long distance, large and clean. I was travelling across Morocco, to Agadir. We passed through mountains villages and stopped for passengers on route. We also stopped in a mountain village, Imentatout, for a tea/cigarette break. It was a really great way to travel and see such a beautiful and vast country. We arrived at our destination right on schedule. I would highly recommend this bus, as there are more locals and more interesting views of Morrocco this way. No huge surfboards and tourists, just lovely Morrocans and comfortable, warm seats. The driver was safe and steady, which made me enjoy my journey even more. Don't take this bus.

Ik heb geen goede ervaring gehad met deze maatschappij. Een uur en een kwartier later dan de afgesproken tijd van de ticket 13h45 zijn we vertrokken. Ik werd misselijk behandeld door het personeel van de bus. Ik kreeg geen uitleg waar ik zou moeten uitstappen. Ik stond ergens ‘in the middle of nowhere’ op straat. Het was allemaal zo afschuwelijk.
