It was great experience, although I missed my bus due to time difference between mexico city and chetumal, the girl works there helped me and the company staff took me by car to the borders to catch the bus , without them I could miss my bus, hotel reservations and my appointments in Belize but with their help I was able to keep all my plans . Thank you again

The driver hasn’t came

The ride was fine once we got going. We did leave an hour late. The lady in the office was excellent.

The trip was as expected. Staff was helpful. The crossing of the border was very slow, about two hours, but this is not a problem of the carrier.

Some confusion over timing as it turned out others waiting for the bus were told the departure time was 30 minutes later than our ticket. No seat belts

We had a long trip from Mexico to Belize City so it was a pleasure to find a comfortable bus. While we were waiting for the bus we were offered coffee. Our driver was in a really good mood and as we were the only passengers left at the end station he was kind enough to drop us off at our hotel. A thoroughly good experience.
