The driver arrived early in a clean and comfortable car. He drove slow and safely on the island’s twisty roads. However when we left the ferry and arrived on the mainland things dramatically changed! His driving became very erratic. Excessive speed my husband observed 140kph on his speedometer on a 100kph Max speed road. Tailgating and continually undertaking. He also was on his mobile phone as well. We did ask him to slow down which he did for a short while before resuming his highly dangerous driving. With great relief we arrived at the airport an hour before our ETA!! My husband has been driving at a high standard for almost fifty years, thirty of those as a police officer. This is one of the worst standards of driving he has witnessed! This man should not only be allowed to be a taxi driver but have his license revoked before he causes a serious road accident !!

Finding your ride

General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver, as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. For pickups at airports or terminals, specific meeting points are provided: at BKK Airport, meet on floor 2 at door 3 for domestic flights and door 11 inside for international flights at Don Mueang; floor 1 at door 11 inside for domestic arrivals; and door 3 inside for international arrivals.
Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, the possibility of taking the next bus or minivan is dependent on specific conditions including applicable fees. Regarding private airport pickups, drivers can wait for passengers for up to 2 hours if their flight is delayed. For any additional hour beyond this, a fee of 300 baht is charged. Passengers must inform about cancellations at least 2 hours in advance to avoid this fee.

Baggage and special items

Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board at no additional cost, but it is required to inform in advance.
Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with a visually impaired traveler.

Booking and Amendments

Name Changes: Name changes are permitted after a booking has been approved at no additional cost.
