Easy pick up and transfer. . nice van and helped us manage the complicated border crossing into Laos
Good but guide a bit difficult to understand and could have shared more stories
Evething was perfect.
Confortable and good service!
You didnt get wat you have paid. We booked a mini van and get a big bus without funktional aur conditional.
Someone from other operator sent me message. First they say they will pick me up straight from my Chiang Mai hotel but will not drive me to my hotel in Chiang Rai. They will only drop me to the Bus Terminal. After that I’m waiting 1 hour until driver picked me up. I guess it is the way they operate in Chiang Mai. The shuttle bus is bit ran down and need a bit of cleaning honestly. On the way to Ching Rai, we picked up other travellers and the shuttle was very packed! The staffs were quite responsive
