Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as vehicles are branded with company colors and the name of the company. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, specific details regarding the arrival hall and gate number are provided for meeting the ride or driver.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board. There is no additional fee for standard bicycles. For larger bicycles or non-standard types, availability of space must be confirmed on the day of departure. For children's bicycles, there are generally no restrictions.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted without any amendment fees.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.
