Happy with journey. Staff also helped with heavy cases which was appreciated.
The Aircon didn't appear to be working in Business Class area so we spent the journey in Economy upstairs and outside. New seating and brighter, journey was comfortable in any case.
They need to fix the seats so they all recline. The staff needs to wear quieter shoes. Some of them are clip clopping back and forth or lazily dragging their feet making sleep impossible.
Very clean and confortable
there was a few minutes delay of our trip but aside from that. . everything was okay. . we will use the service again if given the chance. .
Please be informed that our schedules sea trip yesterday, January 1- Tubigon to Cebu at 5:30 PM via Fast Cat was cancelled.
I would like to request for a refund as advise by Fast Cat employee. Please let me know my first step in order to apply for a refund.
Everything was very good.
