We had a very smooth ride. The driver picked us up on time and we arrived early.
The driver was in time and communication was great the whole time.
Will definitely use it again.
I was pleased with the e-mail communication from the minivan company to solve some problems I had booking the shuttle. The airport pick up went as planned at the arranged meeting point. The driver checked our names and loaded, luggage, and we left about 15 minutes later than planned.
The traffic for much of the journey was terrible and it took two hours fifteen minutes to reach Antigua, so leave time in your schedule for delay. Everyone was dropped at their hotel which, believe me, is a real plus if you have a suitcase on wheels, because all the streets in Antigua center are cobblestone!
The cost for the shared minivan ticket came to €19 ($20. 67) after an extra service fee and I booked it through Bookaway. com and there are five different departure times with this particular service. But there are also other companies online with both airport and hotel pick-ups at various times.
We were picked up at our accomodation as agreed at 9. 30 . . everything was fine during the ride also
Great service! The driver was very punctual and the trip was smooth. Highly recommended service.
The bus was clean, new and very. The driver was in time, very kind and friendly, he drives fast but safety.
