I was pleased with the e-mail communication from the minivan company to solve some problems I had booking the shuttle. The airport pick up went as planned at the arranged meeting point. The driver checked our names and loaded, luggage, and we left about 15 minutes later than planned. The traffic for much of the journey was terrible and it took two hours fifteen minutes to reach Antigua, so leave time in your schedule for delay. Everyone was dropped at their hotel which, believe me, is a real plus if you have a suitcase on wheels, because all the streets in Antigua center are cobblestone! The cost for the shared minivan ticket came to €19 ($20. 67) after an extra service fee and I booked it through Bookaway. com and there are five different departure times with this particular service.
