It's been a great surprise because it's a super comfortable bus, with enough space to sleep, read, rest or simply watch through the window. Fantastic!!
Reliable and comfortable journey
Bus was very comfortable, water and blankets were provided and there is also a toilet on the bus.
Very good company, Good Morning Cat Ba!
On time and pleasant journey.
We recommend !
Weird experience. The reception for the limousine van service is in the back of a random shop and is basically a small call center (I guess for booking tickets on the phone). They were nice and asked me to wait there until the van came. I got into the van along with what I gues must have been a bunch of vietnamese ney year gift baskets, which was kind of weird. Then we drove arou d and picked up some other passengers who were confused because the had booked a sleeper bus but were told to get in. We drove around a bit longer and then stopped on the side of a road and were told to get off and board a sleeper bus which was parked there. This confused me because I had booked the limousine van due to the earlier schedule. Nobody spoke any language I understood but I was gestured to get in anyway. In the end I was taken in the sleeper bus, which was much more comfortable than the van, but reached Hanoi quite a bit later than the original schedule for what I had booked. Thankfully I was not in a hurry. Everything was fine, just a bit confusing for everyone. Take things as they come and dont make time sensitive plans.
Hi! So I’ve travelled on a Sleeping Bus, which I’ve found very uncomfortable! I’m 6ft, so I couldn’t fully stretch out, and if I sat up my head would hit the roof! The journey up to Ha Giang consists of lots of winding turns and lots of overtaking, so you slide all over the place and feel like you’re going to fall off the bed! 😅
So this time I took the limousine bus, which was only slightly more expensive! But worth it! It’s the only way I would do the journey! The seats are super comfortable and recline quite a bit! So you can comfortably sleep or sit upright!
The bus was very clean! Driver friendly! They drop you to your Hostel/Hotel! Just let them know what one you’re staying at!
Also just to let you know, these bus’s stop once on route! Usually around half way! So eat/drink accordingly! Lol
