Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle is branded with the company colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, the specific arrival hall and gate number for meeting the driver or finding the ride will be provided.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, it's possible to take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, should there be any flight delays, the driver can wait for passengers, though fees might apply under certain conditions. If a fee is applicable, specific fee details will be provided.
Baggage and special items
- Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board, subject to an additional fee which varies depending on the size of the bicycle.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee of 2,500 RP.
