Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, the pick-up can be arranged at the company’s counter or ticket office. For pickups at airports or terminals, the meeting point is specifically at the Airport Express Bus Terminal.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, it is possible to take the next available bus or minivan, though an additional fee may apply. The specific fee depends on the next bus's availability and type. For private airport pickups, drivers can accommodate flight delays by waiting for passengers.
