Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be in a company uniform and waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name. Additionally, the vehicle will feature the company's branding and colors. For further assistance, passengers can visit the company's counter or ticket office.
- Pickup delay: For arrivals at the airport, the driver will meet domestic flight passengers at the arrival gate, and international flight passengers at column no.9. In the case of private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver will wait for passengers without specifying a time limit. However, a surcharge of **30%** of the booking amount applies for late pickups between 10PM to 5AM.
Baggage and special items
Bicycles can be brought on board without any additional fee, provided they fit within the designated spaces of the cars.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted without any surcharge. Changes can be made anytime before travel.
- E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pets are allowed on board at no additional cost. Whether pets need to be kept in a cage depends on the pet's ability to keep the vehicle clean.
