Both the counter staff and drivers are proficient in English, facilitating easier communication for travelers.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: You can bring a bicycle on board with an additional fee. The fee for bringing a bicycle onboard will be determined at the port depending on the destination.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is available on vehicles.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
