Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, travelers should head to the Terminal Bus station in SG.
- Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers may take the next available bus or minivan at no additional cost. For private airport pickups, the driver will wait for passengers if their flight is delayed.

- Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
- Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
