Finding your ride
- General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be wearing a company uniform and the vehicle will be branded with the company’s colors or name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office.
- Pickup delay: Travelers can meet their drivers at the Airport Express Bus Terminal. For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you can catch the next bus or minivan without an additional fee. For private airport pickups, there is flexibility in waiting times for passengers, and they can conveniently find their driver at the Arrival Hall MAIN EXIT.
Baggage and special items
Bicycles are not allowed on board.

- Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users can access all vehicles.
- Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.
Booking and Amendments
- Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. A fee of RM10 is applied for name amendments.
- E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print both their ticket and their confirmation email.
