All worked well, first driver early.

Efficient and pleasant boat ride. Only carrying bags when boarding and disembarking can be improved. Roads narrow and rough. Tourist Authorities need to improve please.อ่านรีวิวฉบับเต็ม

The Aventuras El Lago drivers, and boat captain were excellent. However, a major problem that starts with bookaway website. Their booking process doesn't provide you with an option to put YOUR Hotel, if it isn't on their list. My very good resort hotel Arenal Paraiso was not on the list so I selected a defunct hotel near by to make the booking process work. When the booking was confirmed I contacted the Aventuras office (extremely difficult to communicate in English) and spent hours to make sure they knew the correct pickup location. When it came time to pick me up, there was no one. My resort contacted the company and coordinated in Spanish. The driver who was waiting at the nearby location with a van full of people finally arrived 20 minutes late and showed me the original location from Bookaway. After that things went very smoothly. The road from the lake to more than halfway to Santa Elena is dirt and very rutted, but the driver was amazing and handled it extremely well. All and all a great adventure. But Bookaway needs improve their booking platform, and/or at least provide a way to add pickup location to their system. And Aventuras needs to improve their communication between customers and also with their drivers.อ่านรีวิวฉบับเต็ม
