Both the counter staff and the driver speak English, facilitating clear communication for passengers.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office. However, there is no pick up service available at airports or terminals.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board, subject to space availability. There may be an additional fee, which depends on the size of the bicycle.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs can board and sit with a visually impaired traveler at no additional cost.

Booking and Amendments

Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
