Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the vehicles are clearly marked with company branding. At airports or terminals, specific details regarding the arrival hall and gate number for meeting the ride or driver are provided to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if your flight is delayed, you might be able to catch the next bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, the driver can wait for passengers even if the flight is delayed; please inquire about any applicable fees.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are allowed on board for an additional fee. Specific fee details should be confirmed with the operator in advance.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with an additional fee; however, the specific fee should be confirmed with the operator in advance.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are not allowed. Therefore, no amendment fee is applicable since the changes cannot be made.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets, but there is no need to print the confirmation email.
