Finding your ride

Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket office. If the pick-up location is at an airport or terminal, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the arrival hall and at the specified gate number.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan at no additional fee if their flight is delayed.
