Language and communication

The personnel at the ticket counter are able to communicate in English, however, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can identify their ride or driver by looking for vehicles branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's counter or ticket department. For pick-ups at airports or terminals, travelers should head to the specified arrival hall and gate number.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not permitted on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes are allowed after a booking has been approved. There is no fee for changing a passenger's name, but it must be done at least **24 hours** before travel.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to consume only water, soft drinks, and snacks on board.
