Language and communication

Counter staff are able to communicate in English, however, drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as they will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name, or at the company counter/ticket office. If the pick up is at an airport or terminal, travelers can meet their ride or driver in the arrival hall and gate number specified.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan. For private airport pickups, if a flight is delayed, the driver can wait up to 30 minutes without any additional fee.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after a booking has been approved are allowed. However, specific details regarding amendment fees or the timeframe permitted for name changes before travel were not provided.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
