Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicles are prominently branded with the company’s colors and name. Additionally, assistance can be sought at the company’s counter or ticket office.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board. Foldable bicycles are allowed without an additional fee, while non-foldable bicycles may incur a charge similar to an extra seat price.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their name after a booking has been approved. A name change must be informed at least 24 hours in advance before travel. There is no mention of an amendment fee being charged for this service.
